Where we ship

Orelle Vey currently ships to valid addresses within the United States.

Shipping cost and timing

Standard shipping is free. Estimated delivery is 5–14 business days. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, or address issues.

Tracking and multiple packages

When tracking becomes available, we will send it to the email used at checkout. Items in the same order may ship separately and may arrive on different days at no additional shipping charge.

Address changes

Please review your shipping address before placing the order. Contact support@orellevey.com immediately if a correction is needed. Once fulfillment has started, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed or an order can be canceled.

Delivery issues

If tracking shows an unusual delay, or your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, email us with your order number. We will help review the shipment with the carrier. Orelle Vey is not responsible for packages lost because an incorrect or incomplete address was entered at checkout.
